General Games and Casino Rules

Effective from 28/03/2019

All the interactive games on yajuego.co (hereinafter “game” or games”) are covered by these General Games and Casino Rules (the “Games and Casino Rules”) and the General Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict the Games and Casino Rules are superseded by any rules specific to individual games (“individual game rules”).

Unless otherwise expressly defined in these Games and Casino Rules, all capitalised terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms and Conditions.

By using the Services you agree with all terms and conditions published on yajuego.co.

These Games and Casino Rules together with the individual games rules will be available on yajuego.co at all times. It is your sole responsibility to read the relevant individual game rules before playing.

Random Number Generator (“RNG”)

To ensure that the games are completely fair, all results are produced by a random number generator (“RNG”). The methodology of yajuego’s RNG has been tested and certified by Gaming Laboratories International LLC, an independent third party testing company, in compliance with the technical requirements of Coljuegos as of the time of issuance of the concession contract to Bets and Gaming S.A.S

Valid games bets

A bet on a game is deemed valid if a bet ID has been assigned by yajuego to the bet. The absence of a record of a bet in My Bets section (“account history”) in your account means that the bet has never been validated by yajuego, because deemed invalid. Any bet that is not displayed in your account history is considered as never placed.

Valid game bets can only be placed using yajuego.co website and game interfaces.

If you wish to view details of your games bets you may check the account history available in your account at any time.

Stake and Pay-Out Limits

Game Interruptions

A draw (“draw”) is the selection of a result for a game produced by RNG.

A draw on demand game (“Draw on Demand Game”) is a game in which the act of placing a bet results in a draw and the result is unique to each player (i.e. Slot machines and Roulette).

If you are unable to continue playing a single-stage Draw on Demand Game due to any hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network conditions (“technical issues”), the game will be automatically completed and the result will be displayed in your account history.

If you are unable to continue playing a multi-stage Draw on Demand Game due to any technical issues, the data may be retained by yajuego so that you can continue playing once the technical issue has been solved, otherwise the game may be automatically completed and the result will be displayed in your account history.

A game with decision making (“Decision Making Game”) is a game in which you are required to choose an option or action during the course of a bet (i.e. Blackjack)

If you are unable to continue playing a Decision Making Game due to a technical issue, the current game may be automatically completed and the game will be updated to a stage in which you can continue playing; otherwise yajuego reserves the right to void the bet.

For the game to play automatically, you need to activate the Auto- Play functionality that will allow the games to play without any action from you. This functionality can be activated only on some single-stage games. If a game played automatically is interrupted  due to a technical issue, the game will be automatically completed and the result will be displayed in your account.

yajuego does not warrant at any time the game data availability, continuation of play or resolution of the technical issue.

Demo Play

To try to play the games without staking real money select the Demo option. You will then be able to play with virtual money; an amount of 500.000 virtual credits will be loaded to your account automatically. All winnings or losses will also be virtual. You will not be able to convert the virtual money into real money; neither will you be able to play virtual money other than in Demo mode. Once the virtual money funds are lost you can reload new virtual money or continue playing with real money.

The Demo game is identical to the real-money game in functionality and uses the same approved RNG.

Demo mode can be played either logged in your account or without any account.

Void Bets

yajuego reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings will be forfeited.

The original stakes placed on all validated bets that have been voided, other than for the reasons of fraudulent activity on your part, will be refunded to your account.

Furthermore we reserve the right, without limitation to the foregoing, to declare a bet to be void if:

• Only partial or incorrect bet details are available.
• yajuego has any suspicion that you are participating in fraud, collusion, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• yajuego believes you are under the age of 18 or below the legal age required for gambling in his or her jurisdiction.
• Acceptance of the amount bet would exceed the specific game’s maximum stake limit
• Acceptance of the amount bet would be below the specific game’s minimum stake limit.
• The amount of the bet exceeds the balance available.
• An error or system failure results in incorrect odds being used.
• Technical faults such as communication failures, defects, interruptions, delays, viruses, denial of service attacks, or data corruption occur; or if a technical defect produces excessive or irregular winnings.

If a bet is settled incorrectly, yajuego reserves the right to resettle the bet correctly. If the consequence of it is an overpaid amount, yajuego reserves the right to deduct the amount that exceeds the amount that should have been paid to you. If the balance of the account is not sufficient to deduct the overpaid amount (e.g. the balance of the account has been withdrawn), yajuego reserves the right to apply the amount overpaid to the account and deduct the amount due from any future deposits without any limitation to yajuego’s right to the amounts due in law.

Changes to these rules

yajuego reserves the right to change any of these Games and Casino Rules (including any individual game rule) at any time.

If you wish to make a query or complaint about any element of your account and/or an individual bet you may contact our customer support team any time with any question or enquiry.

In the event of any dispute you agree that the records of yajuego server shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.
